By default, an unsecure HTTP connection will be used for end-user access to Console (port 8081) and communication between the Console and Node packages in 1.x only (port 8082). This section explains how to change the Console and Node (1.x only) running port numbers, for example to enable a secured connection using HTTPS for access to both packages.
