Path Finder Results
The results of an Path Finder operation will be displayed in the Graphical View. A new view will be opened with its own Object Browser (containing only those jobs (projects) defined in the Define scope dialog box.
Results are displayed in levels:
- The first object (at the top of the Graphical View) is the source object.
- The last object (at the bottom of the Graphical View) is the destination object.
- All the paths between these two objects (whether via other objects) are then displayed in the Graphical View. In the example above, there are several paths from source to destination.
Notes
- You can save the results of your Path Finder operation by saving the Graphical View.
Possible paths may include any paths between the source object's child objects and the target object or its child objects.
